The house boasts four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with two twin beds. There are also four bathrooms: two are en-suite, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower; the third bathroom with a shower serves the entire house, and the fourth, also with a shower, is located on the lower level (-1), where the garage is situated.

For added comfort, the property includes a cot and high chair, along with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and radiant floor heating to ensure a pleasant stay.

From June to September, check-in and check-out days are restricted to Saturdays.

The rental price includes electricity usage up to 25 kW per day. Any additional consumption will incur an extra electricity fee.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash upon check-in. The tax ranges from 0.55€/night per guest during the low season to 2.2€/night per guest in the high season, with a 50% reduction starting from the 9th day of your stay. Guests under 16 years old are exempt.
A security deposit is required upon arrival and is payable directly to the owner.
This rental does not accept groups under 30 years of age. To finalize the booking, the passports of all guests must be provided.
