Nestled in the tranquility of the countryside, among olive trees and mimosa plants, the property features 10 apartments with independent entrances, distributed across two small buildings connected by a driveway. Guests can enjoy two swimming pools, offering a relaxing holiday far from traffic and noise.
Nestled in the tranquil Ligurian hills just a few kilometres from the sea, this location boasts sweeping views of olive groves, terraced landscapes and the distant coastline. The setting is peaceful and rural, surrounded by mimosas, Mediterranean vegetation and rolling countryside. A short drive brings you to picturesque seaside villages with sandy beaches, marinas and colourful houses, while scenic paths inland meander through olive trees and fragrant vegetation. It is an ideal retreat for relaxation—secluded from the noise yet conveniently close to coastal services.
The nearest shops and restaurants are approximately 2 km away, while the beaches and sea are around 5 km. Imperia is about 20 minutes away by car.

The apartment is equipped with a satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator (some have a freezer), a four-burner gas stove, and an oven or microwave. The bathroom has a shower or bathtub, a bidet, a private toilet, and a hairdryer. Additional features include heating, a wardrobe or closet, and a cot available upon request.

- There is no reception ; keys can be collected at the main entrance of the building.
- Check in from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM (please notify us in case of delay).

- The freezer is not present in all apartments but in most.
